I just went thru 9 episodes and had to stop. Holy fuck, did Hayate become deranged or is that so-called "Book of Darkness" have the most strange entrance?! If you haven't a clue as to what the hell I'm saying, START DOWNLOADING!!

And DAMN! I haven't been blogging recently! I need a freaking constant connection!

Speaking of Nanoha A's, some of it and the predecesor is going into yet another AMV with Noir and Cardcaptor Sakura. Here's the fake DVD cover for fun:

As of now, my laptop is CRAMPED! What's left can't fit my to-do list. So I need to pause and withhold myself until I can upload and archive it off my hard drive. Or, get a fricking job and buy some sort of wifi card or something.

Just out of fun, I also edited certain screencaps of Beetrain animes for that dark, bloodstained look. It seemed that most Mashimono works (The Girls With Guns trilogy, mainly) doesn't have the characters stained in blood or bleeding mostly (except for Ellis's cut and Nadie's, Kirika's, and Elenore's bullet wounds, lest I forget Vanessa's death scene, but they were canon as far as I know). You know, like if Elenore snapped and started slaughtering soldiers until she finds Margaret or if Nadie freaks out and just shot someone dead, and still shoots the guy long after he's dead. That type of twisted stuff. It's not to deface the works, more like for better appreciation the characters as is instead of sick and twisted.

I did some with Elenore, Vanessa, and Nadie, although for Nadie I had assistance with Moly Loo for a better quality screencap and it took three tries to find a nice version. Check my deviantArt gallery, it's Gonzothanime.

Yikes, I Need To Update More Often/"The Black Rock Shooter's A Dancer" AMV Concept

2-3 hours doesn't seem to fit all the need-to-download list much. Plus, I need to keep in mind that wi-fi's got its limits and so does my processor. I'm surprised that it hasn't melted with all the abuse I put in, trying to rush certain downloads.

As drastic measure, Venus vs. Virus and Galaxy Angel has been removed from my cramped laptop, as well as most old RealPlayer files. As of this post, I have 15.9 GBs left for anything. But who knows, maybe less.

I'm also thinking of certain videos for group download, like a "The Best of..."collection. Right now, I'm compiling a collection of my funny TV Logo Kills with all the scary logos I can find.

Speaking of downloads, I downloaded the Black Rock Shooter OVA after it came up on roxasnaminexx's recent activity. I was in a hurry, so it was low quality. I watched it, and it was good, despite some slow points and a glitch which unsynced it midway. Might be from the file, so who knows.

I then decided on it's first combo AMV with Princess Tutu and MGLN. Here's the fake album cover:

When I found out that the song Not-I made won GYBO's contest (see his update here: http://www.not-i.com/remixes.htm it's the funny looking Not-I in plastic spectacles) I had to continue. I downloaded it and listened to it when voting was still going on, and I thought it was great! Too bad I have no clue how to vote for it on the site, but who cares? It's a perfect blend of Fleetwood Mac and Chemical Brothers!

Also in the works is a bunch of others and an El Cazzy/Nadie *hearts*Ellis tribute set to a Brooks and Dunn tune I remember from back in high school...

Holy crap! I almost got ran over by an SUV on the way here! And I didn't see over those f*%&ing FEDEX trucks! Lucky, the woman was understanding, as she didn't see me! Yikes!

Oh and also: Looks like I didn't have to wait three more months. ^-^

Sekirei's second season of hot women with amazing powers is pinned as "Pure Engagement" and hopefully might lend us fans a more clearer image as to the entire backstory behind this half-baked challenge, plus more of their favorite Sekirei like Musubi, Tsukiumi, Kusano, and Matsu!
Fansubs are out now, but knowing my luck, they're publicly aired and censored. Oh well. Better than nothing.

Also, 2OtakuCousins, my recent friend, liked my work. In return, being the nice guy, I checked out her channel. One of her AMVs contained Re: Cutie Honey. I had too look it up and it took me two days to download the 3 part OVA, as it was separted into tiny chunks on Rapidshare! I watched it and was amazed. I've seen clips of the original Cutie Honey and found this version more animated. And it has a lot of fanservice. Not that I'm complaining...

The anime was good. Too good, so I sent Nadie, Madlax, and the Noir girls to her. This was the result:

Also, since Noir was just as good as Madlax, if not a tiny bit more impressive, I've decided on a few Noir tributes. The trouble is, I have three songs involved but I'm not sure which turns out better: "Animal I Have Become" (Three Days Grace), "Frances Farmer..." (Nirvana), or the Hellsing anime opening theme. Let's wait and see. I'm hoping for two to win, cause one is a specific Kirika tribute!

My Fridge and Public Library Must Be Mentally Synced!/Strange Greene County Tornadoes(?) of June 15, 2010/"Any Last Songs..." AMV

I group things as needed.

Well let's start off with the afternoon of June 15. (This past Tuesday)
I doubt if any knows of this outside of this local town, but since I have nothing to go on with this job hunt, now completing the 1-year mark, I volunteer at Family Life Center Ministries from about 10 AM to 2 PM, and then this gig from 2-4 on a normal day. But Tuesday, I was stuck around too late as I was assisting with sorting and storing on the un-AC'd southern FLC warehouse on the south side of town. I was supposed to assist my supervisor on patching the leaky roof, but immediately she burned herself and warned me not to climb up there. It was intensively humid, around 95-ish.

We, as a town, had a streak of afternoon storms the past few days. It's normal, Indiana summer weather. Such storms are fueled by intense heat.

But seeing as this is hotter and more humid, somehow the storm developed just as soon as I found out about the public library's shot air conditioner. Actually, It was about an hour later, cause I was enjoying some ice cream and soda furnished by other volunteers. One works next door at the Greene County, IN Historic Society, thinking what people had done before air conditioning. Probably when we were also doing the Moonwalk and wore crazy hairdos, walking around with Walkmans. God, that must've been horrible.

Strangely, my refrigerator is also acting just as weird as the Library's AC. The door won't shut right, and we cleaned it to where it should weeks ago.

But back to the storms. I noticed the first one traveling my route up Highway 157 (Type it in Google Maps. I can't embed right.) just as I left the center. I wasn't able to tell if it's a storm cloud or if it's just the shading of my clip-on sunglasses. I stopped for a bit and listened. Amist the traffic, I heard rumble. I literally biked my ass off trying to make it home.

I was told that during the panic of the sudden gusts and downbursts, there might've been some tornadic activity going on. My grandmother called about a possible touchdown west of Worthington, her home. My brother fled his in-town mobile home in the part called "Hashtown" (from marijuanna dealers) hearing on the radio about one funnel west of Bloomfield. And one of his buddies did 80 on the backroads from the highway as it was hard to steer and the trees were damn near horizontal to him. I was able to confirm with my supervisor on those funnels the next day, Wed. I also noticed a down tree covering a house on my 157 bike route.

Also the day was pretty wasted, as the library was also shut again and I was dealing with the monthly shipping of Dollar General-brand cleaning and grooming supplies and the retched boxes they come in! I was half an hour late since I lost track of time and I manage to survive the hell of the morning rush of customers on the same day!

But all wasn't that bad. I was able to fix a few vids, checked my Beetrain responses when no one was looking, and finished this AMV:

After a few harsh days of heat and agitation of my parents wanting me home instead of at my local library (one day they did 'cause a storm brewed up and was making it's way up to my area), I finally got some more El Cazzy and finished up my Beetrain-only project! I may have to take out a few anime so that it gives me more room. Not the good ones, I hope!

That's right! I'm hitting Beetrain for all it's worth! And Nadie's wanted, preferably alive.

I officially started Tuesday, but since all the sources were squished into fullscreen instead of widescreen, I have to convert and possibly sync them before I even watch! I can handle it, especially with chocolate protein shakes and a sleeping bag to cover the glow of the monitor!

Also, while El Cazzy is converting, I'm also working on a fanfic which pins Kirika of Noir against the Spy Class of Team Fortress 2. Who would win? A lot are wanting Kirika, but I dunno...

Let's go back to El Cazzy for a sec. Nadie and Ellis are gonna be making premieres in two AMVs, one of which is this, using an unknown producer's Bravery vs. Depeche Mode mashup!

Also at that time was yet just another combination idea, which will utilize a Divide and Kreate mashup "Killer Romance." Noir is in it, but the other anime is undetermined. It may be Madlax again, seeing as those are perfect for each other as Beetrain's best Girls With Guns Series.

Beforehand is this concept, too. But remember, not all concepts make it through as full fledged AMVs.

My To-Do List Gets Longer (And I Haven't Started On The Dishes)

My overactive mind keeps throwing ideas onto the screen, and I'm doubting that most will go through. Most of these ideas come when I'm doing stuff, like washing my family's dishes or biking to and from town. Most haven't even made past that. (The rest were generally bad ideas.)

Not only am I working on my ever-growing list of anime combos, I am also dealing with a slate of fanfic ideas. One took this small confrontation and confession made up by a Madlax fan and re-tweak it to where Vanessa wasn't packing men's meat, to put it lightly. Another is a Madlax twist to the "Big Breasted Maid Hunt" hentai specials (produced by Hot Bear) to where Margaret won't be on the receiving end of someone's sexual desires, and in the process, saves a waitress from becoming another sex slave for sex-deprived assholes. (I've worked up to about the third section and stopped.) And lastly, Margaret and Noir's Mirielle and Kirika come face to face on a who-can-kill-who encounter. I'm flipping coins to see who I'm gonna keep alive.

As for AMVs, I'm at least holding onto my guns on my working list, which only went up one more project. The fake CD cover explains most of it. The song is a mashup by DJ Schmolli with Tone Loc, Deep Purple, and...er...someone. The description was vague.

I wanted to get a good feel on the Beetrain anime titles (Murder Princess and Madlax was already done!) before I got all the Noir episodes and start on the big kahuna "My Life on The Beetrain". While I waited, I requested MartanimE to make a better intro card for the anime. Judging by the artwork, I can't wait!

As Mart requested in return, I joined his Beetrain Fan forum and already posted my intro. I received a nice warm welcome (compared to my signing on YTMND.com, which was anything but nice) and I checked the overall common titles they liked. Strangely, "Tsubasa Chronicles" was on the list. That's like a complete spinoff/remix of "Cardcaptor Sakura" (both by Clamp). Also on the list was an anime I haven't seen in a while but I have doubts about called "Spider Riders", which was aired locally on WTTV (channel 4, a CW affiliate) for a while but never did saw again...cause I switched to satellite. Lastly was some anime I forgot how to spell but sounded Spanish and the red headed girl was cute.

My current priority is the cover on the very top. (I started doing fake CD covers for fun). It's gonna contain the song below it by Party Ben, an LA mixer/mashup producer famous for his "Boulevard of Broken Songs!" (Art: a young, shocked Mirielle Bouquet of Noir and Shinji Ikari of NGE)

Another priority is also an AMV Hell special using nothing but audio of Lifetime's "Golden Girls." I watched the series for a while in 2007 and concluded that there's no age limit on sassy and sarcasm. The show deals with 4 elderly women (a substitute teacher and her Italian mother, a self-proclaimed Southern Belle, and an Wisconsin native) living in one house in Miami, FL and having all sorts of crazed confrontations suited for those over-the-hill.

Lastly on my to-make list is another Noir-themed AMV combo with KKJ, "A Thief in Film Noir" with another mash by Greek producer Robin Skouteris. This might be a tad weird but hey, anything just to get someone's attention.

I gotta go, my laptop is running low on space, and I still have a friggin' backlog of videos I have to upload.

As soon as some of the good sh** ( I dunno why I went clean language), like the Noir episodes, come flowing in things might go full steam! Currently I'm also on attempting on Neon Genesis Evangelion for another projected AMV "Sexy Belles of Hell's Ball" (fake poster below!) with a Divide and Kreate mix off the Zebra Mix. As for the Beetrain AMV, I dunno. I found one nice song but seeing as it's short, I might go double!

My Computer Might Be The Death of Me/"Noir" Comes to GonzoJam/"Smells Like A Tapped Phone"

I dunno how, I dunno why, but for odd reasons, I messed myself up.

At one point, I had the codecs and the necessities to convert any and all Matroska files (.mkvs) just by publishing thru Windows Movie Maker. Sadly, some don't have English as the default (like all the Madlax episodes after No. 15) and are published with the actual default language (Japanese). I attempted to find a MKV converter to solve my "I Want The Bloody Thing In English" problem. The converter required I install it's own MKV codec pack, which without my knowledge overrode some of the pre-existing codecs. When that pack didn't work and I uninstalled it, somehow the module for the FFVideo codec died on me. I hope to resolved that bitch of a problem.

Also, MartAnimE has subscribed to me for the recent Madlax AMVs and in return I went on deviantArt and joined his Beetrain club. Beetrain was the production group behind Madlax and coincidentally Murder Princess (another AMV favorite). A Wikipedia page will give you the full skinny.

I also checked his works. Not only did he drew chibi's and dog- and cat-styled versions of Madlax characters (Kawaii!! ^3^) he also drew character versions of a convincing anime called "Noir." From the synapsis given to me by AbsoluteAnime.com, it beared some resemblance to Madlax, with its own twists mind you. I also checked out the girl Kirika, who was somehow both Madlax and Margaret Burton (the near-the-end-of-the-series hypnotised version who shot at Madlax repeatedly, even after the title character dropped), in traits and in very, VERY natural killing style. Of course, this was in someone's own opinion and not mine, so I have to see for myself.

While I wait for my Noir episodes, I'm gonna be continuing to kill any remaining space on my small Toshiba laptop with random combinations, including Lunar Legend Tsukihime and HiHi Puffy AmiYumi. I'm composing a few AMVs to DJ Not-I's "Off The Beaten Meter: Mashups Beyond 4/4" and I've recently got done with the series "Baccano!" So the first one deals with it, Madlax and Divergence Eve. The mashup is "One Love Plunge" by Not-I himself, exclusively from the album. As for the others, it's still in planning stage.

I've also gonna attempt a Madlax-only AMV with Serj Tankian's "Sky Is Over" and post it of Youtube would allow me.

Odd Variations of Nirvana's "Band In Suits" Picture

I sometimes get creative with some of the pictures and screencaps I deal with. Since some of my mash vids involve nirvana in some way, I made a few odd variations of the band photo in suits. Some keep Kurt in, others don't. It was a challenge to isolate the pics to where it almost blends in seamlessly, but it was well worth it in the end~! (Please press the vid again to view fully.
